For the health and safety of you and our colleagues, we've implemented some important safety measures in our shops.
Here's what to expect when you arrive
Step 1 - Social Distancing
Please keep 2 metres apart where possible.Look out for markers on the floor to guide you.
Step 2 - You may be asked to queue
In compliance with government guidelines, we'll be restricting the number of people allowed in each shop at any one time.
Step 3 - Cleaning & Disinfection
For your safety, we'll be cleaning our shops more frequently. Hand Sanitiser is provided on arrival.
Step 4 - Avoid Touching
We kindly ask that you refrain from touching the displays and wear socks to try on any footwear(Disposable socks are provided).
Step 5 - Kids measure and fit service.
We've revised our measure and fit process to ensure it takes as little time as possible, while also implementing some additional safety measures.
Our expertly trained fitters will still be on hand to help you and will be wearing PPE during the whole process.
If you'd rather keep a distance of two metres, your fitter will be more than happy to advise you on how to check for the perfect fit yourself.
Booking a fitting ahead of your store visit will help you avoid any queues when you arrive- only available at our Christchurch Shop.
